Thrilled to report that my story, "The Harpy", based on a Robert Service poem of the same name, made the cut for Mythspring, a wonderful anthology edited by Julie E. Czerneda and Genevieve Kierans. The anthology was launched in Toronto this month. I just got my copies in the mail. Beautiful book, with some beautiful people contributing and editing it. A real joy to be part of. Always enjoyed Robert Service as a child. My dad read it aloud to me. It is neat to be able to do something based on it for a new generation of readers.

Tonight, my daughter Jennifer Lott launched her Alternative Ending to the Animorphs at a lively party in our living room.
